Lake Manor Park Condominiums System 27 is the Developer of this two-building, 88 unit condominium development located on Fullerton Avenue in Addison, Illinois. 5th Avenue Condominiums System 27 is in the preliminary development phases of a 200 unit condominium and rowhouse development located on a 3.5 acre urban infill site in Naperville, Illinois.
