In 2006, System 27 acquired Midwest Builders and Carpentry, Inc., a 20 year old residential builder. The acquisition of Midwest Builders has contributed a significant residential resource to the firm, complimenting System 27’s development and management experience with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that made Midwest Builders successful in the high end residential market.
