System-27 Receives Crystal Key Award System 27 is proud to have been awarded the the Cystal Key Award at the 33rd Annual Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) Key Awards in 2005 for English Rows Townhomes. System 27 received the Crystal Key for "Innovation and Creativity in the Multi-Family Category". The Key Awards are considered one of the country's most prestigious recognizing excellence in the home-building industry.

First Place - Painted Ladies Competition Award We are proud to have received first place at the Chicago Paint and Coatings Association (CPCA)'s 2005 Chicago's Finest Painted Ladies Competition for our English Rows Townhome project. The Painted Ladies acknowledge builders and homeowners who seek to add beauty, color and original style to their buildings.
